Return & Exchange Policy

You may return or exchange unused items in their original, brand-new condition within 30 days of receiving your order.

All items must include original packaging.

Used or damaged items may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please use the online return/exchange form to generate and print your return authorization.

Return Exceptions

All final sale items are non-returnable. Other non-returnable items include Zeus custom items, customized items, clearance items, jump ropes, face masks, and gift cards.

A $10 fee will be charged for all returned shoes that do not have a shoebox or have the shipping label affixed to the shoebox.

Items returned incomplete or without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. (Clothing in brand-new condition may be returned even if the sealed packaging has been opened.)
